Replacement School for Lake Washington School District

TRA was responsible for the masterplan of the site.  The site design includes playfields, hard court play area, stairs, ramps, seat walls, parking layout, fencing, wetland planting and overall planting design. Maintenance was a big concern within the district, so TRA developed an Eco Lawn specification for the site as well as a drought tolerant plant palette.
