Completed 2008 TRA developed a masterplan for ten buildings, and two community centers with swimming pools. Maintaining views from each home was one of the primary design challenges. The steep hillside helped in developing view corridors but presented additional challenges. The community has numerous viewing platforms around the site. Entry monuments, water features, natural rock settings, and re vegetation of the steep slopes were all part of the scope of work.
