Completed 2006, 2007, & 2008 TRA was hired over a four year period to design three assisted living communities for Merrill Gardens: Lower Queen Anne, University Village and Downtown Kirkland. Each project had their own set of challenges. All of the designs included planting on concrete or wooden raised structures. Water features, trellis, raised vegetable beds and intimate seating areas were typical in all the communities. |
