The Corporate Headquarters for Washington consists of three buildings of approximately 195,000 square feet. The focus of the site plan is around a central courtyard. More then half the site is covered by rooftop planting.  A large central water feature with a series of stone weirs bisect the courtyard and parking lot.  TRA was responsible for design of the pedestrian paving, site furniture, hardscape and planting.
